The majority of our crew are volunteers — people from all walks of life who join for a voyage leg to learn, contribute, and experience life at sea. They come from every corner of the world, and most arrive with zero sailing experience. By the time they leave, they are sailors.
Past and present crew have come from Denmark, France, Israel, Australia, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Brazil, and many more countries.
